Inc. offers the Advance Unit Replacement Service for a nominal
fee for ONLY
Syritex manufactured new products you
purchase from its websites "syritex.com" and "buysyritex.com"
in case of hardware failure during the term of the Syritex Warranty
.
Only
products purchased with a credit card are eligible for the Syritex
Advance Replacement Service.
In
case of a hardware failure, Syritex will ship a replacement unit
to the customer by the next business day. This unit will be new
or the equivalent of new in performance. Syritex will send the
customer along the replacement unit a return tag to ship the faulty
unit back to Syritex.
The
faulty unit must be shipped back to Syritex distribution center
100% complete including accessories in its original packaging
or equivalent within a week of delivery of the replacement unit.
If
the faulty unit is not received by Syritex 100% complete including
accessories in its original packaging or equivalent within a week
of delivery of the replacement, your credit card will be charged
the value of the replacement unit.
If
the faulty unit is not covered by Syritex Warranty,
your credit card will be charged the value of the replacement
unit. |
