Syritex,
Inc. values its relationship with you and guarantees your satisfaction
with all the products you purchase directly from Syritex. You
may return any product (except software, batteries, leased products
and special orders) for any reason within twenty (20) calendar
days from the date on the packing slip.
Unless
you have a separate agreement with Syritex, failure to return
a product within twenty (20) calendar days from the date on the
packing slip will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
A
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all product
returns. You may obtain an RMA by calling us or via email at rma
[at] buysyritex.com. This will expedite and help ensure
proper action or credit upon processing. A product returned without
an RMA will be refused.
In
order to expedite a return, please have the following information
on hand when requesting an RMA number: Order number, product model,
serial number, reason for return and whether the box has been
opened or is originally sealed.
Products
must be returned in as new condition and 100% complete including
all original boxes with UPC code and packaging materials, all
manuals, blank warranty cards, software CD's, accessories and
any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA
approval is contingent upon, other things, the product being 100%
complete. Incomplete, not in as new condition or defective returns
will be refused. Products with tampered serial numbers cannot
be returned.
All
returned products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%
of the purchase price plus any applicable taxes unless the product
is defective or the return is a direct result of a Syritex error.
Syritex will refund you the total amount paid for the product
minus the restocking fee and the Shipping and Handling charges.
The Free Shipping and Handling offer shall be waived. We will
issue a refund to the original payment type.
Customer
is responsible for shipping charges to Syritex's distribution
center for all products hipped for return.
Customer
is responsible for all risk and damage to the products being shipped
for return. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss
and damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with
proof of delivery such as FedEx and UPS. This is for your protection
as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
If
you receive a defective product, we will promptly ship you a replacement.
You must call to report the defective product within a week of
delivery. The shipping and handling charges will be waived. After
a week the Warranty
policy shall apply. If the defective product is not received by
Syritex in as new condition and 100% complete including all original
boxes with UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank
warranty cards, software CD's, accessories and any other documentation
included with the original shipment the replacement product will
not be shipped.
Before
you return your product to Syritex, make sure to back up any data
on the hard drive(s) and on any storage device on the product.
Remove any and all confidential proprietary and personal information
as well as any CDs, DVDs and PC cards.
Syritex is
not responsible for any confidential, proprietary or personal
information, lost and corrupt data or damaged or lost CDs, DVD's,
floppy disks and PC cards that may be included in your return.
